Gaye Lynn was fantastic in helping my elderly family sell their home. She went above and beyond for them and us as we managed this from about 350 miles away. I cannot recommend her any stronger for all of your real estate needs. Gaye Lynn did everything she said she would, when she said she would and even met the buyers inspector for access when their agent could not make the appointment. Stellar customer service!!!

Gaye Lynn did a wonderful job guiding me and my family through the process of selling my mother's house. She provided practical information on when to sell and updates/fixes that would make the house more sellable. The house had not been lived in for 2 years and needed repairs. She gave me multiple recommendations for reliable roofers, handymen, etc. so I could choose the best one for our needs. When we sold, Mom's house looked better than it had in years! She also kept me informed on any updates while the house was on the market. Fortunately, we received multiple offers on the house, and she guided me through that process. Closing was especially difficult, as Waco was in lockdown due to COVID-19 for several weeks before we closed. Again, she went above and beyond to keep the process moving.
